You retain full ownership of all raw content, data, and assets uploaded to Forj. By submitting content to our platform, you grant Forj a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and transform that content strictly for delivering, maintaining, and enhancing our services.

Forj and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, software, proprietary algorithms, custom AI workflows, site design, and trademarks. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Forj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and SaaS services.

AI-generated outputs created through our services remain your responsibility to utilize lawfully. You are solely accountable for verifying that generated assets adhere to third-party rights and platform-specific usage restrictions, especially when utilizing underlying AI tools and synthesis models.

1.3 Service Availability

Forj services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we maintain high system uptime targets, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations. Forj reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with prior notice where practicable. We carry no liability for operational downtime or scheduled interruptions.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forj, its parent entity, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our systems. Your sole remedy in the event of a dispute or operational fault is a refund of fees paid during the preceding 30-day period.

• ✖ Execute automated spamming, network scraping, or denial-of-service activities against our infrastructure.
• ✖ Perform unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security bypass attempts.

Forj reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts or access keys that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or refund.

3.1 AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated via artificial intelligence tools may occasionally contain inaccuracies, technical defects, or unintended material. Forj does not guarantee the complete accuracy, legal compliance, or suitability of generated assets for specific commercial deployment. Users are obligated to audit, validate, and refine all AI outputs before public distribution or commercial execution.

3.2 No Professional Advice

Content, analytics, and software provided across Forj platforms do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advisory services. Always seek direct counsel from qualified licensed professionals prior to taking actionable legal or business steps based on system outputs.

3.3 Third-Party Services

Forj integrates with external third-party APIs, platforms, and storage providers. We exert no control over, and accept no responsibility for, external service availability, privacy practices, or content handling. Interactions with third-party tools remain governed by their respective independent terms.
